Property Manager is responsible for providing clients with top-tier customer service and excellence in management services. Property Manager must demonstrate leadership and create trust with owners and tenants (both current and prospective), as well as contractors and other vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must hold a New Hampshire Real Estate license
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Local area knowledge
  • Building maintenance knowledge
  • Computer proficiency—Microsoft Office
  • Managing Referrals across Departments
  • Ability to follow systems
  • Driver's License and ability to travel locally
  • Competency in the following:
    • Fair Housing Act
    • Trade Practices
The Property Manager is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the Property Manager is a natural communicator with good negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and a professional demeanor. This is a Client and Customer facing position. The Property manager should be comfortable with business development and be able to follow a sales process.
